Shipping

Refreshlink uses Australia Post for Australia and all other international orders. Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the order as part of finalizing your order. We make all efforts to ensure that goods are well packaged so they arrive undamaged however replacement of an item lost or damaged in transit will be at the sole discretion of Refreshlink and is not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped as soon as practicable. As a guide delivery timeframes can be estimated in business days for the state of Victoria Australia at:
Australia : 5-10 days
Pacific : 2-4 weeks
Rest of World : 2-4 weeks

Cancelling orders

Orders can be cancelled at any time until the goods have been shipped. A handling and/or processing fee may apply. Once your items have been shipped the policies for exchange and refund will apply.
